Let GO Yoga is for anyone who has a calling for creating a sacred passage practice and experiencing TAGER Method: a grief and trauma release movement and sound practice developed by shamanic practitioner, certified death doula/grief coach and yoga education provider, Linda Go.

Sacred Passages and Let Go Yoga prepares and facilitates people of all ages in acknowledging their mortality to live more authentically the life they desire and supporting individuals in their more immediate dying process. Whether you are a yoga teacher, in the medical field, birth or death doula, hospice or elderly care worker, or are spiritually guided to offering yourself for this sacred passage shamanic work through music, art or other creative expression, Linda's workshops and apprenticeship programs will serve as a comprehensive introduction or lifelong path initiation.

IN Linda's 2 hr Let GO workshops you will learn the art of active compassionate listening, experience techniques for releasing the emotional body through Let Go Yoga and TAGER Method.

 

Dream Yoga Workshops are shamanic journeys to non-ordinary states of reality to access higher states of consciousness for sound and visionary tools for guiding transitioning spirits into and out of this world and share our own sacred passage LET GO experiences.

Let GO Yoga® - TAGER Method ® is based on Mother Nature's physical method in releasing traumatic tension and muscle contraction caused by environmental stress and complications in life.

This practice combines yoga asana, specific movements, pranayama and activating sounds developed by Linda Go which precede a guided restorative  where an effective natural, therapeutic tremoring response moves out of the body. This shaking response in humans, much the same as the instinctual shaking in animals, is the nervous system’s way of discharging long-held tension and trauma, or unconscious muscle contraction in order to restore the body to wholeness.

When the nervous system identifies threat, vibration or shaking in the body is designed to occur automatically. However, negative social constructs and beliefs around what it means to allow ourselves to express ourselves physically by shaking, trembling, or showing vulnerability, condition us out of this innate release mechanism at a very early age. Let Go Yoga reawakens our body’s intrinsic release mechanism for optimal health and lightness of being.

Let GO Yoga is a simple, gentle and profound practice that facilities the lengthening and relaxation of the psoas muscle and the release of physical and emotional stress and tension. During a Let GO Yoga session, we safely self induce therapeutic vibration using yoga postures, sound and breath. Often vibration begins in the legs and may spread throughout the entire body. Follow up phone session with Britta Voight  or your own psychologist/ therapist/counselor is often suggested.

TAGER® method is based on Dr. David Berceli’s technique of Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®).
